For all items in stock your product will be sent within 2 working days of order placement. 

UK
If you are based in the UK, your order should arrive between 2-5 days from being placed.

Sent by courier with recorded delivery, the parcel requires a signature, please ensure that there will be someone there to receive it. A phone number is also required in order to schedule courier delivery.

Overseas

If you are based overseas, this will take approx 5 working days to arrive, but can sometimes take a little longer.

Your purchase will be dispatched by Royal Mail International signed for or by courier. As the parcel requires a signature, please ensure that there will be someone there to receive it.

Lost and late Delivery

If you do not receive your delivery in estimated time slot, please let us know and we will track it for you online.

As something is not considered officially ‘lost’ by Royal Mail until 20 days( 30 days for overseas) we cannot refund or replace until after this time.

RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind, or if your product is faulty, you have 14 days, from dispatch date, to return the goods.

The goods must be returned unused, in their original state, and with the swing tags and dust bag intact. Please email prior to returning, listing the reason for the return.

We are happy to give you a full refund or exchange.
